Potentially working mom

Recently I applied for a job. I filled out the application online, called to bring in my resume, and then waited. Today, I got a call back for an interview. My heart jumped from my chest. I am so excited for this opportunity and to challenge my anxiety.

I’ve heard a lot of women say “my paycheck would just cover daycare so there no point”. I beg to differ. My children flourish in daycare-school structure. I however don’t care about that. I wan to work, I want job experience, I want things that will take me to the next level.

I have been a SAHM to 2 handsome boys for almost 3 years. I love my boys with all my heart but there are days I want to jam that Q-Tip into my ear drums and brain. I grew up with a mother that worked. Loved her children, career driven woman. That’s the role model my mentality is based off of. Now that I haven’t been working since 2016, I’m excited to be apart of it all again. I enjoy work. I enjoy helping people.
